Privacy policy

AZ Influencers is run by ArtificialZeal. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and why. Questions? Email hello@artificialzeal.com.

What we collect

• Creators: your email, the profile details you fill in, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number.
• Brands: the details you send in a request (name, company, email, phone, campaign details).
• Businesses with an account: your business name, type, logo, area and map position, address, phone and links, plus the campaigns you post.
• Location: if you use "Use my location" or search for a place, the position is sent to our location provider (Geoapify) to find the area name. For creators we store it rounded to about 1 km, never your exact home.
• Technical: a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop spam.

What's public

Everything on a creator's public profile (name, photo, niche, city, social accounts, prices, audience details) is visible to anyone once approved. Email, phone, WhatsApp, pincode and map position are never shown publicly — only the ArtificialZeal team can see them.

For businesses, the name, type, logo, area, links and open campaigns are public. Your phone is seen only by our team. Your full address is shown only to creators you accept for a campaign. When a creator applies, the business sees their public profile and the note they wrote, never their contact details.

How we use it

• To sign you in (we email you one-time codes).
• To review profiles and match brands with creators.
• To contact you about requests and your profile.

We don't sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the service: email delivery (Resend), image hosting (Cloudinary), database hosting (MongoDB Atlas), place lookup (Geoapify, using OpenStreetMap data) and spam protection (Cloudflare).

Messages

Messages between a business and a creator about a campaign are stored so both of you can read them later. Only the two of you can see them, plus the ArtificialZeal team when a conversation is reported or we need to look into a problem. We email you when a new message arrives, at most once every half hour per conversation.

Your choices

You can edit your profile anytime, and delete your account from Settings, which removes your creator profile, business account, campaigns, applications, messages and sign-in data. For anything else, email us.
